When outsourcing the handling of personal information, we select contractors based on strict criteria and provide necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the security of personal information.

Requests for Disclosure of Personal Data or Third-Party Provision Records

1. Where to Submit Requests for Disclosure

Please contact the personal information complaints and consultation contact desk.

2. Documents to Be Submitted for Disclosure Requests

Please attach identification documents to our designated "Request Form for Disclosure of Personal Data" and send by mail.

3. Identity Verification Method

Please specify the following items in the company's designated request form mentioned in 2. above, or attach verification documents.

Basic identity verification items

(2) Email address

If you are unable to provide both items above, please submit one of the following documents:

  • - Driver's license
  • - Passport
  • - Basic Resident Registration Card
  • - Alien Registration Certificate

4. Requests for Disclosure by Legal Representatives

In the case of requests for disclosure by legal representatives, the following documents that can confirm legal representative authority are required in addition to 2. above:

  1. Family register transcript
  2. Certificate of registered matters
  3. Other official documents that can confirm legal representative authority

5. Fees and Collection Method for Disclosure Requests

The following fees will be charged for disclosure requests:

  1. For notification of purpose of use or disclosure requests, postal costs for replies will be collected per request.
  2. Postal costs will be collected by enclosing stamps equivalent to postal costs when mailing request documents.
