In June 2024, we expanded and relocated to our new office—a creative workspace inspired by European cafés. Alongside dedicated desk spaces for focused tasks, we’ve introduced open, flexible seating that supports both concentrated work and spontaneous collaboration. Whether you need a quiet spot to concentrate or a casual area for quick meetings, our office environment is designed to adapt to your work style.
Employee Benefits
We’ve designed a range of employee benefits to encourage communication, boost motivation, and continuously evolve based on employee input.
A welcome lunch for new employees to help them integrate into the team. It’s a casual, relaxed setting where newcomers can get to know their colleagues and gain insight into our services and team culture.
A monthly lunch with randomly selected team members, regardless of department or position. It’s a great opportunity to broaden perspectives, enhance cross-department collaboration, and contribute to service improvement.
A biannual MVP recognition program where top performers receive a crystal apple-shaped trophy and a monetary award as acknowledgment of their outstanding contributions.
We support personal growth by covering all expenses for job-related study programs. Employees who pass company-approved qualification exams are fully reimbursed. We believe that the growth of each individual contributes directly to the growth of the company.
